This is an LCD module with the LSI mounted on the terminal area of the LCD panel. Compared with QFP, NANOX has realized a drastically thinner and lighter LCD module. Sine the controller/driver are mounted on the glass substrate, its usability is also improved. Various interface types such as FPC, Heat Seal, and PIN are available.
