1987 Established NANOX Corporation
1989 Added No.2 manufacturing building on Fukushima Factory site
Added patterning facilities
1992 Increased capital to ¥200 million
Purchased a site for new building, factory, technical center
1994 Started production of LCD in Shen Zhen, China
Established NANOX LIMITED(Hong Kong)
Added STN-LCD manufacturing facilities
1995 Started COG-LCD mass production
1998 Obtained ISO-9001 certification
1999 Established NANOX PHILIPPINES INC
Increased capital to ¥350 million
2001 Increased capital to ¥490 million
2004 Requirement according to ISO-14001 are fulfilled.(Fukushima）
2006 Requirement according to ISO-TS16949 are fulfilled.
